I don't know - good question, Jevon.

I also wonder what's going in behind Fresh. LOTS of crazy looking dirt work there.

I think apartment/office and some stores

Yesterday I saw a sign in front of the empty building near IHOP. It said Japanese cuisine

Wow, we certainly have the Asian food here! Asian and Tex Mex and pizza - we've got it covered!

I really believe, would like to be "wrong"? lol, but this is a long long shot, for the Tyler area to acquire/land this large of an employer. I've got that opinion for many reasons. It's been since 1998 since Tyler has acquired a large employer, when Tyler and Lindale worked TOGETHER to bring the Target Distribution Center, with about 800 plus employees, to the Tyler area.

The largest employers moved or created here, have been just a few, in the 200-350 employee range. I've explained several times "why" this has been the case. No larger or really any size employer/company has moved here beginning or started with a city wide election, in 1995, which decided WHAT sales and property tax revenue the city receives would be spent ON or toward. Direct job creation was not in the "menu" of items allowed. No more detail on this unless several new city-data people care to hear the details involved. lol
