My husband and I have a house in Santa Isabel but we are not living there full time yet. We want to add a deck as an extention to the 2nd floor. It will be mostly concrete/structural work and some minor electric work. I have been searching on the internet and have been unsuccessful in finding any type of permit requirements/approval processes. Additionally, I have not been able to find any local contracting companies. Does anybody have any recommendations or website links that I can check out? Thanks!

Have you checked with the Real Estate professional that handled the transaction, perhaps the bank ?
