Also just out of curiousity, do most actually live full time in PR or just the required 183 days? I mean how do they actually regulate or quantify how much time you actually spend there?
We fly in, spend all day shopping at the Mall of San Juan - Jimmy Choo, Caroline Herrera and Louis Vitton - then dine at Ariel and fly out the next day.

Sounds good to me...I wouldn’t mind spending a week or two or even a month. However the prospect of having to relocate there or spend the better half of the year there is out for me. As long as I can take advantage of the tax benefits that’s all I care about anyways.

NO you don't have to stay there half the year. There isn't much to do in Puerto Rico so once we're done shopping we fly to one of the other islands, or back to the US.

Default Act 2022 Free Forums

I hear that site is $5000 per year to join, a forum for only the "super rich."

There are quite a few free forums on Act 2022, so you can save your money.
