grass-fed beef in PR? (purchase, to eat, farmers)

Does anyone know of any place in Puerto Rico (preferably in the south) where you can purchase grass-fed beef or free-range poultry?

why can't we get grass fed beef, free range poultry here in P.R. ... are no farmers interested in making 'good' money for supplying people who want to eat well ?

I doubt tropical grasses would produce what you're looking for in "grass fed" beef without a strong amount of management.
I did coastal grasses once and the beef tasted just like........grass. Green grass. whoops.

Free range broilers, on the other hand, should do well. Why not do them yourself?
Weld a few large rebar cages and drag them around a pasture.
