I exhausted my regular UI bennifits by march 21-22, 2010 and am now on tier 1. I am applying for an apartment and they need proof of how long my benefits will continue. I applied in June of 2009 but didn't receive benefits until September 2009 therefore on my profile it states year end date as June. Now they think it will end this month although my profile does also show that my tier 1 has 20 weeks from the effective date. If it continues past June which I believe it would for the 20 weeks, how do i know if Im eligible for the 2nd tier and onwards. Does the Emergency Unemployment Compensation 2008 (EUC) Program end Nov 6th 2010 and does that mean I am eligible for the next tier if I exhaust my current tier by Nov 6th or does that mean everyone's ends on that date? I am receiving my benefits from Washington D.C. if it matters and i have shown them my payment history and what tier Im on. How else can I show my future benefits? Apologies for the long description but this is important and exhausting.
Thanks in advance.
