I always file weekly claim online. I received on last claim in mail that (You have exhausted all UI benefits available at this time. You may be eligible for additional benefits.ETC

Do we need to apply for extended benefits (EB) on the internet.Or is it automatic in Wisc. Is EB still available for those that have never collected or do we need to get bill passed before we receive and benefits. So do we still get 93 weeks total?
Any info appreciated.
Thanks

I think EB ended for Wisconsin on 6/12/2010.

Most states have the rule you must exhaust EUC (all tiers) before you receive EB..maybe you can still get EB if you exhausted all EUC benefits before 6/12/2010.

Also once EB ends in a state it will not be active again until 13 weeks later (if state is still qualified).
