atleast offset it by half which if they opened up the stimulus funds for spending should be a no brainer. They need to stop playing games and meet half way

This...a million times this. It's all a game and we're the game pieces. They need to at least find some middle ground though.

This was actually a smart move by Voinovich, since everyone is looking to him, he's got the spotlight.
And he's pointing out what's really going on. He's turning it back on Reid, not letting the republicans be blamed for not caring.
All the blogs say Ried is lobbying Voinovich.... well, I thought when you tried to get someone to vote your way you sweetened the deal to get them to vote. Maybe Reid forgot to get a vote you have to provide incentive.
