Default MA Weekly Cert systems are down

In MA, weekly claims certifications can be made by telephone or online beginning Sunday. Today, both systems have been inaccessible for me. Has anybody else been able to get through today?

I am glad to see it is not just my connection. Had to cert by phone last week. I usually cert online and completely forgot that I could cert by phone. So I guess this week my benefits will be deposited a day later. I hope I will be able to get through the phone cert line tomorrow.

At this time, I still cannot Webcert. I called in & received a different message, "Due to heavy call volume, this service is not available. Please call back later." After a few minutes, I called several more times & only got a busy tone.
I failed to mention that I also had to Telecert last week because Webcert was down.
It seems to me, if the processes are supposed to run on Sunday, personnel should be in place to fix the failures on that day.

I also had the same problem last week. Was finally able to phone in at like 9pm last week.

Was able to call in today a few minutes ago, after re-dialing a couple of times.

mass.gov/dua website is now saying:

WebCert Advisory

Due to technical difficulties, both TeleCert and WebCert were unavailable on Sunday, September 26th. Both systems are operational today, but we are currently experiencing extremely heavy volume and you may have difficulty getting through. If possible, please certify by using WebCert. If you are unable to use WebCert, please certify via TeleCert(617-626-6338). Please be aware that the delay in certifying WILL NOT affect your eligibility for benefits. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I've never used Webcert and still can't get through. Can someone tell me

a) what the website is?
b) how to use it?
c) if I do the Webcert, can I Telecert going forward still next week and thereafter?

Thanks.

edit: got thru phone
