Your claim cannot be processed online. Please file your claim by telephone.
Instructions, and the number to call are printed on your "Claim for Benefits" form.

Thats the message I get when I try to log in online to claim my benefits. Now their may be an issue, the Tier 3 package I got in the mail was destroyed thanx to the tropical storm we had 2 weeks ago, So I may be calling in on the wrong date? There was an issue with my Tier 2 claim that had me calling in on tuesdays when it should have been thursdays. However I just figured it would still be tuesdays. IS that type of message one that usually indicates a wrong claim date? Of course no matter how often i hit redial, i cannot get through to a rep today.

Could be a number of things : On-line system down. Your benefit year ended ( expired ). A total system failure or update on the system.

Keep trying

i got a hold of a friend of mine that works for NJ Unemployment. He pulled my account up and said he couldnt see why it wasnt going through. He put in my claim weeks and took care of everything. he thinks it maybe due it being the begining of a new tier or it was the wrong call in day. There were no flags on my account.
