Just as an aside, how are they going to repossess your MH if they cannot get it off your property? With luck they may decide it's not worth their while and just pursue you for payment instead.
I know at one point I was looking at purchasing a MH in an over 55 community here a few years back now but they wouldn't finance anything over 10 years old.
Hmmm I guess you didn't read the whole post..I DID AGREE to owner financing but the wifey backed out and wanted bank financing so she could have her fancy barn and fencing etc....So they couldn't get bank financing and decided not to buy. BTW the land is NOT vacant, I live on it in a 10 yr old MH as I stated before.
I did read your whole post and I do know the wife backed out. My error on the vacant land part, as I assumed the MH would be gone. My post was written thinking ahead to the day when it might be, God forbid, repossessed. At that point, with the exception of the barn and shed, the land could be considered vacant, so the damages then might be minimal. Vet and prof are fairly high quality buyers. Too bad, it didn't work out.

I'll send you a DM so we quit hijacking this thread

Sorry if I upset you. That was not my intent.
Not upset, but I would like to see this thread get back on track, it's a good subject and I hate to see it hijacked over my stuff.
I think the proposal would have more chance if it was say 55 and over, rather than 45 +
That said though, there doesn't seem to be much "will" to even extend UE or god forbid add another tier at present. When they start setting up to place armed guards at UE offices after November, you know things are going to get bad fast.

Reason: typo
What I think would be for the OP to include in her proposal, if she submits one, is a cost analysis. I would like to see it. Since we're going to be 13 trillion in debt pretty soon (or whatever the number is), then the money needs to be taken from some where. Maybe the military (defense and war spending) or state workers?
Yes the government should because the majority of these class of people are close to retirement age and the government owe it to them have more money, and longer period for job search. And also to be more respectful toward them.

Yup I agree, and see my original post with additional proposals.
I think not only armed guards but lots of homeless, remember those on tiers will expire in NOV and you can bet that will take months to re-negotiate if at all.
I'd love to see more suggestions to get the gov't to handle the 99er's as most are over 50, some sort of program to help us get a foot in the door and make it desirable for companies to hire us.
