I live in NJ go to school two days a week ( T/Th 10-4:15) i worked and went to school at the same time, i have also been appoved in the past for school on my own. When i filed my latest UI Claim i was set up with a claims interview on the notice it says "may be attending school or a tranning program" Should i be worried about not being able to get UI? I am currently looking for a Job, and would have no problem re-doing my school classes to fit a job. I am just a tad worried.

Thanks.

they are going to ask you if you would take suitable work over your classes. You also should have went through the Unemployment-return to school program where they accept you going to school and collect at the same time.

Answer yes when they ask you if you will take suitable work over school.

Did you answer yes to attending school or job training on your biweekly claim form? Same thing happened to my brother's wife. She went for her masters, she said yes to attending school or job training. They held her benefits until the interview where she told them she would return to work over staying in school. They told her from that point on to answer no to the question or the same thing would happen every time she claimed
