Hello all I have a quick question if I may...I started Tier I on 11-7-10...with the New Unemployment Legislation enacted by congress will I now qualify for the additional Tiers? Thank You and Happy New Years!

Department of Labor and Workforce Development | Unemployment Benefit Extensions

Individuals with a balance on their EUC Tier with benefit week ending December 31, 2011, may collect the remainder of that EUC Tier through June 9, 2012.
