Was laid off last April (2010). Five years continuous employment prior to lay off. Returned to work last October (2010). There is possible situation of contract with my employer being terminated by the company who employs my employer. Where would that leave me if I get laid off again & need to file UE?

Reopen your claim any time you're out of work.
