NJ - What if there is a problem with your work search form (receive, payment)

Just out of curiosity, what if there are issues with your work search form when you send it in. How is it handled? Does the state, hold your payment for those two weeks or do they contact you about the issues?
According to info that Diorgirl has posted in several threads, payment is triggered when you do your biweekly online or telephone certification—not when they receive (or approve) the work search form. Makes sense to have the unemployment and work-search certification processes on parallel tracks, especially since one of them is dependent on snail mail, so I was glad to see those posts. http://www.city-data.com/forum/17744727-post2.html for example.
im a little carried away, my work search form, which i usually on the 2nd business day after I file, i late. Im sure it will be here tomorrow.
