Default Have I been approved for unemployment benefits?

I filed a few weeks ago and just got a letter saying I'm monetarily eligible that broke down my earnings for the past year and how much I would make each week under unemployment. Also, when i check my account online it now says i have a remaining balance of $10,440 when it had always said $0 before.

I figure if i have a remaining balance, i must have been approved. Am I right?
