No idea what tier I am on but usually when the benefits run out it goes to zero but in this case I have $1365 left where 910 is usual check and then will receive a check for $455(1wk)? Does this mean no more benefits after this? thanks

No way of knowing if you have additional benefits without knowing:
  1. date of your original claim
  2. number of weeks you have claimed
  3. how many weeks you received a partial or no benefit due to part time work
  4. what state you are in.
Have you received correspondence from your DOL? That should give you a clue, as well.

Thank you. I found the EUC form and currently on Tier 2. I guess if dont find employment I will get just a check for 455 then go into Tier 3.

pretty much you will claim the next full check and then claim a week later for the leftover amount. it's what i did and was told to do by an agent in that situation. they then contact you about moving to tier 3

Yeah, that sounds about right, I just exhausted tier 2 in NJ (I've been claiming weekly now that there's the online Sunday claims). You should be getting something in the mail the week after you exhaust your claim about the next tier.
