I'm a bit confused. I exhausted my unemployment. Then I suddenly qualified for the extra 7 weeks via HUB EB which ends December 31st.

I collected that 7 weeks prior to the end of December. Now unemployment has sent me forms for 4 weeks in January.

Are there more weeks available after the 7 weeks of HUB EB? Or were these forms sent out due to a computer glitch?

You got me on that one.
I exhausted my regular UC in late November.
Then got a letter telling me I was qualified for Tier 1 of EUC (20 weeks).
I didn't get any forms, questionaires, or anything...just the letter.
I went straight to EUC last month with no problems.
