No. EB pays a maximum of 20 weeks. Count 20 weeks from when you would begin payments. Last date EB is paid would be August 11th. Also, that chart is a very close guesstimate. The trigger off could occur one month earlier or later in either direction.

I oo feel your inpu has been invaluable. Thank you. I can see he char however I am no clear. Am I undersanding correctly, the tiers are over? the cut off dae (last check is as indicated by state?). I live in Souh Carolina and collecting in Souh Carolina. I relocated from NYC in June. I am on tier 1. So am I done in April or may of his year. WHich state unemployment rate prevails? Sorry if his has been answered on anoher post and I missed it. Thanks again!

Sorry about the typos. I live in South Carolina and am collecting NY unemployment. I am on Tier 1 which I started in JAnuary. I am no sure. So I will not move onto any furher tiers if I am reading his chart correctly.????

The chart pertains to EB not EUC. EUC is the tier system and we are not sure exactly right now how the new legislation will affect them. If you are on Tier 1 now you should be allowed to move to Tier II at the very least.

Why did you move to SC from NY? Jobs are as hard to find in SC but should be more plentiful in NY sooner.

Smile Extended Benefits and he CS Monitor Chart

I am sill not clear. So if you could please se me straight ( :-) ). I live In south carolina bu am sill collecting unemployment from New York Ciy he max of $405 where I worked for 18 years. I am on Tier 1 of my unemployment which should las ill right around my BYE July 12, 2012. So as I read the chart am I scheduled o finish my benefits April or May and not complee his ier or move on o the next.?? Sorry if this is a redundant quesion ha has been answered in an earlier postt Thank you all for your invaluable input always!
