I filed my claim Sunday, May 27. That claim made me exhaust Tier 3 for weekending Saturday, May 26.
I checked my claim Monday, May 28, at 8:30 am, and there was only a 6-week tier 4 balance in my account. No other AZ claimants posted if they ever got the 16-week tier 4 in one allotment or if it was always split 6 weeks then a later 10 week addition.
I don't know what this means, but some people thinking they would get a 16-week tier 4 might be very disappointed with their state's implementation.

Well, at least you know what you should be receiving. Hopefully, AZ has their ducks in a row on this. I'll be waiting for the update.

I think I am in the same boat. I am still confused as to how to tell how many claimed weeks I have. But by my count I entered tier 4 on May 19 or May 26. I never got a letter stating what my updated balance was like I previously had. When I check my claim information it the balance I have is 3 weeks worth. From this I am assuming I am in tier 4 with 6 weeks. I am hoping you are correct about the manual 10 weeks (I believe I qualify it's so hard to tell). Any chance you have an update?
Every time I try to call, I follow the prompts, enter my info and then get told they are busy and then it hangs up on me.
I've called twice, and emailed once, and have gotten 3 different answers.
As of today, I called through to a Client Advocated. She is certain that I should have qualified for 16 weeks. She is forwarding my case to the "systems group," and will update me by calling me back.
Hold off on doing anything because I think my actions will cause them to go back and look for all the claimants that they missed. I'll post more if I get a definitive answer in the next couple days.

I received information today from the Client Advocate group. On or about June 28, they will be manually going through all the May 19 and May 26 tier 3 exhaustees and adding the extra 10 weeks. The extra weeks should post in such a way that there will be no gap in payments.
Yea!! Interesting how some states can transition Tier IV people on 5/26 and others can't. Still people behind the computers and everyone's brain works differently. Some programmers can handle it, others can't.
