ok...just got off phone with representative....basically I'm in week 1 of Tier "3."

The representative explained it the long way. On my correct claim/extension I left off at having 9 weeks left on unemployment..but then I collected 10 weeks of the wrong claim...so they have to add those 10 weeks onto my previous claim...taking me one week into Tier 3....

she didnt say anything about Tier 4 not being offfered to me..she told me Tier 4 is only 6 weeks...who knows...

I'm not sure what you mean by week 1 of Tier 3, but recounting the weeks it looks like you'll exhaust tier 3 the weekending 9/1/12 (means you'll want to skip a week possibly) or 9/8/12 (means you won't have to do a thing) to get a 10-week tier 4 if it's even still a possibility at that time.

thanks Chyvan...I will keep an eye on that.

Funny, when i brought up the fact that unemployemtn Tier 4 goes up to 10 weeks...she said "no." but at least today I know where i stand...

I'm KILLING myself finding a job. looking everywhere....
