In a month and a half's time I will come to the end of my 23 weeks standard Florida unemployment compensation. Does anyone know if there is a separate form or something to start claiming EUC Tier 1? Or do I just continue to claim as normal through the website, and it adjusts over to Tier 1 automatically?

Thanks for any advice.

Keep claiming. Your final state payment will trigger the transfer to EUC. From the FL website:

Eligibility

In order to be eligible for EUC, your final regular reemployment assistance benefit payment must be for the week ending December 22, 2012 or earlier. If you qualify, an EUC claim will be filed automatically and a determination letter will be sent to you within seven days after you claimed your last weeks of reemployment assistance.

FL is now calling its unemployment benefits "reemployment assistance."
