I just had my phone appeal yesterday. Now I look under my appeal on UIA and it says now not disqualified and under where it says ALJ decision it says reversed. I have not gotten my paperwork yet from UIA and theres also no date on the ALJ decision. Im confused if this is what I am hoping because I found this on my appeal date on UIA website. But I think this was just added on for the result because in the status section it says appeal result. Does that possibly mean I won? I am waiting on pins and needles for the letter
I’m waiting on the BOARD OF REVIEW to make a determination!! So ready. Been going thru this since January Any feedback would be great!!!
