My last claim was on 12-16-2011...my question is that if edd make a mistake of my claim with the Fed ed can i still back claim those Fed ed from edd.

Well, you do know CA has not paid FED-ED since May 2012, but you might have a right to claim what CA was paying back in 2011 until it triggered off FED-ED in May 2012.

Call CA to ask about your claim history and why you weren't notified on FED-ED. You may need to file an appeal in order to get those benefits.
