If they have call logs that you haven't seen, then yes, you must object.

Ugh. So apparently my former employer does have additional documents they have submitted. On the call, the AJL wanted to confirm I had everything he did, and I didn't. He said he had email from HR, checklists and some other things. Because none of this was sent to me, he asked my former employer if they want to reschedule and send me what I'm missing to review. So now the hearing has been rescheduled another three weeks out! I was the last one asked if the new scheduled time was okay, and I was surprised my former employer was given another chance to submit everything to everyone. What a letdown.

I didn't see something like that happening because they asked for the hearing, but that was something to "object" to. Probably still would have been granted, but you need to perserve appeal issues if you have to go to the next level.
