Can a claims examiner hearing be scheduled for a date after my benefit year ends. Issues involved are timeliness of appeal. Would I automatically lose the appeal since my benefit year has already ended before the interview?

She reports that vacation pay when she files on 11/3.

Her benefits begin accruing 11/10, but she won't receive any money for a few weeks.

Assuming there are no delays/interviews, usually, NJ will send a letter say she should telecert her first claim - probably the middle of the week on 11/20 for the week ending 11/17. Thereafter, she can claim weekly online on Sundays for the most recently completed week.
