If it had originated in the US, it would say Human Resources HAS reviewed your resume. Brit English treats an organization or department or something similar as a plural entity, so someone who learned English from a Brit or a British-trained teacher would say Human Resources HAVE reviewed your resume. That's one of the biggest red flags. The rest of the message, for example, the "due to the one you posted," demonstrates a poor grasp of English syntax and vocabulary and was not written by a native speaker of English.
It's a scam. They're trying to get you to download malware or to get you to divulge personal information they can use to open credit cards or perpetrate some other financial crime.
Definitely a scam. Had the same thing happen to me. I reported my incident via email to caljobs on the website. They called me that day and confirmed it was not a legitimate practice. I gave them all the info I had and they said they would be doing an investigation.
Caljobs is basically like monster or indeed. Anyone can view your resumes. Caljobs used to vett employers and their legitimacy...now they don't. And you can see the results.
