My wife was called back to work last week but only had 22 hours for the week. We claimed her work hours for that week a received a few dollars. This week she given 28 hours to work but after the snow storm yesterday she lost 5 hours. Is she entitled to claim partial ui again this week? I do not know how the employer plays into this since they called her back but is not getting the full time hours she had before she was laid off.. Are we okay to claim again this week? What is the school thought that applies here? Thanks in advance..
Claim as usual. Report gross earnings for the hours worked this week. Doesn't matter if hours are less than employer promised. You are required to report hours worked and gross earnings for those hours.
