I recently filed a claim for mass unemployment. I have no received any benefits yet. My claim was active at first. I got my monetary determination and all my base period info. It's about the second or third week now but now says I'm eligible but the status of my claim is inactive? Just a little confused looking for some insight on the inactive but eligible status? Please help if you can shed some light on this matter. Thank you.

Did you file your weekly claims? All it takes is one missed week for a claim to go inactive.
