Hello,
I filed an unemployment claim for wrongful termination January of this year, my claim was approved and started getting benefits in February, in mid March I accepted a temporary position which lasted 2 months. I reopened my original claim with my benefits ending in mid October, can I now reapply for benefits based on my temp position?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Yes, but it will be a waste of time. You wont' get any money, and letters telling you why - because you have a current claim, that is out of money, and has not yet expired.

You wait until 3 days BEFORE this current claim expires, and then you Apply for UI against the temp job.

You are out of money until around sometime in January.

Thank you for your reply and help, I guess I'm going to have to wait until January.
