my tier 3 just ended (exhausted) dec 9th.. i have been on since Nov 08..
i recieved letter today about EB benefits, nothing about how to apply just all the info and requirements.. according to the official NJ labor site, they will auto apply for you.. but i dont understand if i just start EB benefits now (end of dec 09) its not gonna end in jan 2010..? maybe i'll call and hold for one hour to ask!!

to the dude two posts ago, i saw my remaining money dissappear during my teir 3 benefits...i called, and they put my benefits on Hold till i answered couple of questions it was simple silly ??'s like have u been lookin for a job? i asked the rep Y no letter or warning came my way.. he didnt know.. SO if u were on benefits and ur remaining just dissapeared.. JUST CALL ASAP.. or ur last employer has been fighting it and won..then ur done.. hope not for ya man!

this sucks.. i'm sellin like sanford and son on eBay..i can see Y people sell illegal things... not knowing if i can buy chicken and eggs is not easy

to my fellow NJ people we r all hurting, just make sure YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT FOR URSELF cause no one else will....... GET BACK UP then GET BACK UP and GO GET IT DONE

Default When will the EB extension letters go out?

My EB was exhausted on 11-01-09, technically I would be done altogether if the new stimulus bill was not signed, I think. 6 weeks from the time the bill was signed on 11-06-09 would be this weekend, when are the EB extension letters going out and/or when will the system let us file again?

That's how an extension is done, exhaust one than go on to the next. Even though the extension involved 3 Tiers, they will add the 4th tier on after the 3rd tier is finished.

EB benefits?????????,
I've exausted my EUC.I recieved a letter in the mail stating the rights and responsibilities in the mail 2 weeks ago and I recieved my last check last tuesday for weeks ending 12/26.I read the website up and down about reporting job applications,etc,etc..
According to the nj website we are supposed to recieve a determination on our EB within a few days of recieving our last check.I know i'm not the only person going threw this.I'v read several post but have not read anywhere on how it panned out.Can anyone who has gone threw this enlighten me on what to expect?
Thanks,
Teddy

Which EUC Tier did you exhaust? Tier II?
Even though they mailed you EB stuff, this post from DiorGirl will explain why:

city-data.com/forum/12435086-post17.html

Quote:
The mailing of this EB letter is a procedure that was put into effect before the cut-off dates for the EUC Tiers were extended in December 2009.
It will end up like this in the end:

State Benefits=>
EUC Tier I
=>EUC Tier II=>EUC Tier III=>EUC Tier IV=>EB
