Oh brother! I had so hoped that things would be smoother from here on out for everyone. So far, mine still says it has been processed and forwarded to account for w/e 6/12. I hope things get worked out for everyone soon. I'll post if mine changes.

This is the craziest bunch of chit I have ever seen.

Maybe it marks it not paid and then around 3am to 7 am it marks it paid.
I know the other day it said not paid on both weeks and I sat up until 3 am and it still said not paid.. got up at 7 am and it said paid for both weeks.
Maybe they pay the regular UI and the tiers first and then do the seb. Hopefully it will change after midnight or before morning, it not the dol will be flooded with calls again.

I know that during one of my Tier Certs, I had this specific scenario happen. Showed not paid and then a little bit later it was changed to paid.

Still waiting and waiting. Very frustrated. I was one of the ones that filed my SEB claim on 5/21 and still nothing. I was a 2007 original claim and DOL says that I did file a "new" claim in July 2008. Must of been my Tier 1 benefits that created the "new" claim. Ms. Yates was no help, COBB/CHEROKEE was no help. But they seem to be catching on to the "new" claim issue. Overheard two of the workers talking and trying to figure out what to do.

It is just very frustrating to see person after person in my same boat, still waiting and waiting, with no clear answers.

I filed a new claim in July 2008 also. You are going to have to file a new claim now. Mrs. Yates did that for me on the 10th of this month. I found out today that I will not have to go in in July and do it again. That is your problem... file a new claim year...

I have checked my certification numerous times in the past on Monday at around 10:00. Everytime I have checked it says the same thing "Was not paid. Please report to your career center for assistance" At around midnight it changed everytime to being paid.. Give it a couple of hours everyone and I guarantee it will change to paid.
