None of mine was paid. Will be on the phone with anyone who will listen. Anybody have Ronald McDonalds number? How about Bozo the Clown? I am sure they can give better answers than the DOL.

I just spoke to the patron saint of the unemployed....Ms. Yates. Apparently my account was flagged because of a temp on call job that I had last July. She cleared it up and processed my claim. The funds should show as paid tomorrow. Everyone who has spoken to her needs to send a letter of commendation to Denise.Beckwith@dol.state.ga.us Ms Yates was so sweet, when I asked who we could send letters to, she said she was just doing her job. Please write to Ms Beckwith.

I just finished sending Mrs. Beckwith a letter on the outstanding work that Doris Yates has done for so many here and how I appreciate what she did for me that others seem not to have the compassion to even send me to the appropriate people who could assist me.

Angelamk72 this is Doris Yates number that I got through to her @ 404-232-3990 and maybe you can get her because when I had left messages last week I have not gotten a return call as of today I know she has been busy so when I called yesterday I got her and she looked over my app and asked me some questions and today all three of my weeks has been forwarded to my account so please call this number and I pray you will get her.

Default SEB LETTER How to submit work search records and other information in the letter.

Another important difference is the SEB program is that individuals are expected to make a more diligent and active search to find work and record amd submit a record of work search efforts for each week of SEB claimed. The requirement to record and submit your evidence of SEB work search efforts begins the first week after the mail date shown on the attached SEB Monetary Determination.
You must contact at least 2 different potenital employers on 2 different days during any week in which you claim SEB.

How to record and submit SEB work search records:
Intenet filing or paper fax. Any computer with internet access or fax machine.
Use one of these methods to submit up to 4 weeks from the first required week identified above and at least every 4 weeks thereafter.. The option is available to submit records on a weekly basis. The two employer contacts provided for each week must correspond with the SEB week claimed. Your work search records are subject to audit by GDOL.
SEB work search record will be available beginning June 22,2009 on the gdol website.
Fax numbers to submit records are: 404-525-3605 404-525-3606 1-877-302-1573 (toll free) You must fax on the orginal work search form from the dol . Other paper work search forms will not be accepted.
