S.1699: Unemployment Compensation Extension Act of 2009 - U.S. Congress - OpenCongress
Go to page 16-they are giving me a hard time about the link to the Dow Jones article where the writer used the word likely and maybe-biggest bunch of aholes I have ever seen. The point of the article as we all know was to bring public awareness to the problem but instead we have know it all's who sit and judge-funny thing is, if you go back a few pages -article is listed on their forum numerous times..oh well. I made rebuttal remarks and i will go on there again to see updates but what a bunch of sad pathetic people who provide no credible info-we are the best!!! Not giving myself a pat on the back rather patting all your backs as we ALL do a great job finding and posting pertinent info.

You got that right-what a smarmy bunch!! I just left a comment on page 17 concerning the unsubstaniated part...won't be visiting that forum anymore. I left it with a dare to leave comments on the newsvine article-funny 34 people took the poll but only 3 comments left..go figure. Try to do something good and get flack form the snarky, smarmy crowd.
link to smarmy definition:what a great word!! snarky as well..

Default Sorry you guys!

That list of senators I posted was Georgia Senators.

Wrong people to contact. They are not voting on the issue.

Here is the two people we need to flood with emails.

Saxby Chamblis-http://chambliss.senate.gov/public/index.cfm?p=Email

Johnny Isakson: Congress.org

Sorry for the mix-up. I have already emailed them. Everybody else do the same.

Article on the economy and how hard it is to find employment on msn this morning-
NYT: Job seekers exceed openings by record - The New York Times- msnbc.com
Thanks for the email updates Montana-I wrote both of those gentleman last week and will email them again today.
Having a bit of remorse for my comments of yesterday on another site-as now I have people tracking them on the newsvine article-although they were in agreement to the snarkiness(is that even a word?) of said people on that forum...oh well. And I refuse to go back to that site!

I don't know-I have not gone back and have no intention of doing so. They were up at some point as someone referenced them and the "attitude" on that forum on the newsvine article. I probably shouldn't have written anything as that group has some serious problems-just makes me appreciate this forum and all who contribute. We have a good set of people here and we all contribute in a positive way!
Thanks for your great comment left on the newsvine article! Very valid points! Hopefully on Tuesday the Senate address and passes something. Sure would take the pressure of not knowing off and then again the ongoing stress with all of this and no money.
