I just called 404-232-3990. The rep told me I didnot qualify because I needed to exhaust tier II after 4/15. I exhausted 4/14 . She told me to go into career center and file for re-consideration
We all know GA DOL has no rhyme or reason-instead of guessing please call or check your bank account. We know-that they are doing to different sweeps with the deposits-if you choose to not call and wait to see if tomorrow you are paid then you have my respect as the not knowing would drive me nuts!!

That has me worried. I think I exhausted on 4/14 as well. I just called that number and she told me it was still being processed and to wait. She didn't sound thrilled to talk to me.
The notice of state extended benefits letter does state on or after Feb 15 , 2009.. I didnot get paid, my seb app says processing 5/21/2009 . I am speechless !!!
Is the cut off date Feb 15. That is what the letter they mailed me said. Did they change the date or something. I am really worried why my app has been processed but I am still NOT PAID>
