That year to year thing was so unstable and I hated it. Every year for like 5 years I had to wonder if I would have a job after June 30th

It was only 2 years between 2006 and 2012 when I didn't have to worry about if we would get more funding

@Chyvan Ive also thought about it as well but honestly my part time job is my only security in terms of finances.I've been at the part time job for 8 years and with the way things are going with job hunts, Im just holding on until I know for sure I have found something that gives me a great sense of financial security full time job wise.

@fbj yes I so agree but mines was short lived ..try 7months... I could only imagine how stressful that could be but hey I guess it is what it is

I guess some non-profits are different than others. The ones I was associated with was getting jobs for low income families and if we didn't place a certain number of people in jobs, we didn't have a job lol
