i am collecting UI while working part time job with different hours each week and i am reporting all these hours respectively , now my status was changed and i quit my pt work due to the following reasons :-
" i tried everything with my employer before i quit but that decision was the last thing i did"
1. i was terrifying because of domestic violence " some body try to use his gun to one of the employee" and race harassment too.
2. i transferred to a night shift , my car was broken and i do not have money to repair it and other shifts are not available.
so my question do you think the dua will continue give me the benefits or not and what i must tell them in the next claim week .
1. Please include your STATE when posting a question. State laws/precedents differ. It is often putting the cart before the horse to discuss a quit/misconduct/claim issue without first knowing your STATE.
