When I go to the website, it tells me I must claim during normal hours (which it is). I call, and it says my call cannot go through. Is anyone else having trouble? Is the entire system down??

Been having the same problem with both the site and phone Tried to call some other phone numbers and they all say the the call can not go through . The web site says nothing about anything being down.

I finally got through on the phone...went through the whole process...then the computer said "your claim cannot be processed" and left me hanging

I have been Gettin unemployment for almost a yr now and I have been claiming on the Internet weekly every Sunday and getting my benefits on Tuesday. But I tried to claim them over the Internet today and it said my certification can not be processed. It says please refer to telephone number to claim?? Can somebody help or tell me what's goin on? I hope they didn't cut my benefits

call up the umeployment offices monday. its happens to everybody at 1 year don't worry much about it.

You have reached your bye and need to recertify your claim. Standard operating procedure. As you were advised above, call NJ. Also, see FAQS, post 2, item 8.
