Oombahey, you hit the nail right on the head with davenj2009.

davenj2009, the next time you put people down for not being as skillful as you at finding a job go take a look in the mirror. You seem to be having your own troubles. Instead of threatening people's accounts, why not just apologize for your total lack of sensitivity? I would forgive you. The situation we are in would stress anyone.

You really need to grow a thicker skin if you plan on spending much time on forums (in general, not just this one).

What was said to you was MILD, but your reaction was over the top crybaby frankly.

Everyone, don't worry! As soon as davebj2009 puts on the pretty pink dress that I bought him and dries his eyes, he will be just fine, well, until the next time that he acts like a crybaby! And Opyelie, you are 100% correct!

Default Ca edd resonse email re: Tier 4 2/2/2010

MY QUESTION
I am inquiring about the balance of my extension claim. It does not reflect the 20 weeks that was approved by the president on November 6, 2009. Please advise.

EDD REPLY

The new extensions add a total of UP to 20 weeks. Please review information below. On Friday, November 6, 2009, President Obama signed new federal legislation making further unemployment extension benefits available. The first eligible week for the new extensions is the week starting Sunday, November 8, 2009. Because the new extensions are not retroactive, they do not apply to any weeks of unemployment prior to the enactment date of November 8. The new extensions do add a total of UP to 20 more weeks of benefits available to those who have run out of all available benefits. The new extension benefits include UP to one week added to the second federal extension, a new third federal extension for UP to 13 weeks and a new fourth federal extension for UP to 6 weeks. Thank you for your inquiry
