Hey all...

I live in New Jersey and wanted to see if anyone had the answer to this question.

I got laid off last year, end off Feb / early March 2009. It took me FOREVER to find something. I had just begun Tier II unemployment, when I finally landed a wonderful job around Jan. 25th 2010.

Now I just found out I am being laid off again on April 16th.

What do I do?? Am I allowed to open a new claim? Am I allowed to pick up in tier II?

I feel like I should not be left with nothing...I did what I was supposed to do...I found a job. I just have bad luck.
