Default Super confused after tier 4

So if they actually continued the extensions and since I live in California, after tier 4 would I go onto the 20 weeks of EB. This is all so confusing for me, thanks for any help.

Go check out this thread. You might find your answers there. Go on to the last page. Dior girl is a lot of help. If you haven't drawn EB yet you will draw it. If you have drawn all your tiers up to tier 4 you are done. After you draw EB You will draw no more if you have drawn all your tiers. Unless they finally decide to add more weeks or another tier.

Default Super confused after Tier 4

Excuse the sarcasm but after Tier 4 your history! I just completed Tier 4 here in Florida. In retrospect let's be thankful we got that far only due to extension. The government has tried to dump we perceived "milker's" for a year now and if you noticed they are not addressing the millions now up the creek without a paddle. Most important we are not part of unemployment figures allowing the government to paint an erroneous picture of recession recovery. In fairness GNP has improved and is a prime indicator that the recession is recovering ever so slightly. The dumping of 1 million of us still unemployed will come back to haunt the economy as the majority will advance our debt, foreclose on homes, nolonger use benefit money to make purchases (every dollar from benefits was put back into the economy.) We will see more new unemployment via layoffs and failed businesses (added to the list will be hospitals and aging mental facilities, fast foods and high end stores (Macy's and others are in a death spiral) Additionally, we will see increased crime waves, drug wars, petty crime, militia movement, increase divorce, child abuse and depression/suicide. One note is that in lieu of full bankruptcy we will see a huge increase in Chapter 7 in which few will be able to pay unsecured debt. I estimate 1.2 billion will go unpaid (credit card stuff in excess of 10K)

That may be true in your state -- Florida -- but other states do offer EB after jobless exhaust the EUC Tier program.

People should check the DOL website for their own state to see if they may be eligible for EB.

When you exhaust the EUC Tiers available to you, you may be eligible for EB if your state offers those benefits at that time.
