No - dihydrogen monoxide is extremely dangerous. Everyone should contact their representatives TODAY and call for an outright ban on this dangerous chemical compound in use by virtually every large corporation and weapons manufacturer.
Why 193 members from around the world sat around and then BANNED something YOU SAY doesn't exist. They didn't ban a conspiracy theory, they would of looked pretty stupid.
NAGOYA, Japan – In a landmark consensus decision, the 193-member UN Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) will close its tenth biennial meeting with a de facto moratorium on geoengineeringprojects and experiments. “Any private or public experimentation or adventurism intended to manipulate the planetary thermostat will be in violation of this carefully crafted UN consensus,” stated Silvia Ribeiro, Latin American Director of ETC Group.
The agreement, reached during the ministerial portion of the two-week meeting which included 110 environment ministers, asks governments to ensure that no geoengineering activities take place until risks to the environmental and biodiversity and associated social, cultural and economic impacts risks have been appropriately considered as well as the socio-economic impacts. The CBD secretariat was also instructed to report back on various geoengineering proposals and potential intergovernmental regulatory measures.
Decisions on geoengineering cannot be made by small groups of scientists from a small group of countries that establish self-serving ‘voluntary guidelines’ on climate hacking.
The convention's definition of geoengineering includes any technology that reduces solar heating of the Earth or increases carbon capture from the atmosphere – though carbon-capture and storage projects can go ahead as long as the carbon comes direct from industrial emissions.
So you tin hat folks think this proves your conspiracy theory? Have I got this right?....Because the UN banned geo engineering as a precautionary measure in case it may effect climate change, in your mind that proves that there are chemtrails world wide? Strange logic, I must say.

You have to give them credit for taking such an amazing stretch. Most folks would throw their back out reaching so far for an explanation.
If you bothered to look at the site I included in my last post, you would see that it is an independent scientific study...but I guess it was just easier for you to dismiss it as "biased" because it contains the word "chemtrail".
You ask for "proof" and when people try to deliver you say it's not science. What constitutes "real" science for you? Only sites that are linked to government and/or military institutions?
You're so anti-conspiracy you refuse to open your mind or your eyes...
but hey, if you're happy in the "safety" of the herd, that's your choice.
I will admit I haven't looked at the site you mentioned, but as a scientist I can tell you that what I would consider "real science" would include peer reviewed evidence that chemtrails exist and if the chemtrails are dropping the inorganic salts/molecules that you claim in any concentration to actually create a noticeable change in human behavior that it would be very easy for an armchair analytical chemist to detect these compounds in the environment.
The whole argument is preposterous to anyone with an elementary knowledge of physics or chemistry. I would suggest that those who believe in chemtrails consult a first semester chemistry text book and spend more then the 3 seconds that it takes to scan the pretty pictures on the cover.
There is nothing you can post that is going to change our minds. I'm done with your games.
Yes I know I cannot change your mind, but I will continue to post the truth for the benefit of other readers who have not closed their minds.
That site says exactly the same thing as the one I posted...How you are using it as evidence that chemtrails exist is beyond me...Selective reading perhaps?
Yeah, you clearly didn't bother to click on the link I provided either, because if you had, you would see that the study that was conducted is based on the relative humidity of the area at 30,000 ft... The following monthly averages of relative humidity in Santa Fe NM at 30,000 ft. above mean sea level have been obtained from the Climate Diagnostics Center of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration: but now you'll probably say that the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the Climate Diagnostics Center are "conspiracy theorists" too .
You're right - I hadn't looked at that link. I saw the quote you used from it and recognized it from the UW page that the author of your link cited, so I figured you'd just grabbed a quote out of context from a page I'd already seen. I was wrong - the author of the link you gave did it, not you.
Does your author also give the temperature, pressure, wind speed and every other variable that affects contrail formation and persistence? Let me answer that for you - no, he doesn't. (See, I did read it. ) There's also no indication of what altitude those contrails were formed at.
This is exactly what I'm talking about when I say that you guys start with a predetermined conclusion and then look only for the evidence that supports it. The information provided on that page is not nearly enough to make the claim that a persistent contrail couldn't have formed. The statement "The more plausible explanation is direct chemical spraying..." is absolutely ridiculous in the face of his lack of supporting evidence.
I find it particularly amusing that two of the images used as "proof" on that page are also used on a NWS web page about contrails.
