I have had several dream visits from relatives and my first husband and all have told me they are okay. My dad comes around more then the others which is nice. Both he and my mom look good. Last time I seen mom she was wearing a red top with black pants and waved to me but this time she didn't say anything,just waved and smiled. Dad usually always talks to me.
I had visitations from by brother, who died in 1985, many times. They started in 2001 and lasted until 2006, we had many conversations about the spirit realm, life, death and conditions of the soul. His last visit in 2006 he told me he wouldn't be visiting anymore because he was moving on and decided to return. I asked him where he was returning to, his reply was, "the worlds of God are endless and we can experience them all" that was the last time I saw him.

My father died in 2009. He and I lived in the same house. A few days after his death, I was sitting in the living room and feeling very sad. I could swear I felt a hand on my shoulder and I thought I heard him saying to look on the table. On that table, there was some paperwork about an annuity in my name.
More often my father came to me in dreams. When he was alive, he loved to go to Las Vegas. I have seen him in one of his favourite casinos. He was winning at the slots and he had a big cup full of glittering coins. He said that where he was, he didn't need any money and he'd love to give it to me, but he couldn't.
Last month, I was at a casino that had recently opened about an hour and a half from home. I was never as enthusiastic a gambler as my father, but I went in because I had some time to fill in that city and the casino was near the hotel where I was staying. I could feel my father's presence, and I was afraid I was going to just totally lose it. I did leave with a few more dollars than when I came in.
My sensing is largely pets. But in another post, I mentioned the room with the ghost/spirit/whatver. A month ago one of my tiny cats, just four pounds had somehow gotten pregnant (probably since the fleas had to be treated). I didn't know until I found her in the morning. So far as I can tell the cord had detached with tiny kittens still attached and she couldn't push them out. But the time I found her, it was really too late. The vet said let her lie down and rest. She died shortly after that.
But she died in the room with the spirit. Its very wierd. She was buried amid tree roots outside the window. But once in a while I feel her. She was becoming this little imp and enjoying the game and the others don't play like that, and I can feel the imp next to me. Mostly thought I feel this contentment in the room. The spirit liked the cats being there. I think she is with him. Oddly enought for a room where she died under such hard conditions, it feels happy.
I didn't used to like to be in the room, but now I do.
My partner died in 1992, and since then I have had many visits from him.
My latest encounter was last evening while doing some work at home.

I have also visited him in dreams, and a most vivid one was about three years ago,when he invited me to watch him teach a class in a high school.
When he was living, he always spoke to me about how he wanted to be a teacher.
In life, he never achieved that goal, but in his spirit form, that is exactly what he has chosen.
I remember sitting in that classroom, amazed at his talent as a teacher.
It was a brief dream, but I saw a side of him hidden from view while he was here in this life.
I consider myself to be extremely blessed by having as much contact as I have had with him over the years.
Many who are left behind when a loved one passes, are never to hear from, or see them again, until their time comes to pass.
I have not seen him (other than in dreams) but, more often than not I feel when he is near.
It doesn't happen all the time, but almost always.
One thing I am sure of, and this not only applies to me personally, but to all who have lost a loved one.
They are close by, and are watching us, and reaching out to offer assistance should we need it.
Many spirits move on to other worlds, while some , for what ever purpose, choose to remain where they are presently.
I believe my partner is supposed to be exactly where he is now.
He is teaching, and that obviously is important , so his spirit will be content to be where is is .
For him, there is no purpose in moving on to another world.
Those that move on may never pass this way again, and our only contact with them will not happen until we return once again to the spirit world.
For those of us in this life who are able to have contact with them, we should feel extremely blessed, for there are many out there that only wish they could.

Yes, I can feel my mother around. Sometimes I can smell her body lotion that she used to use (Oil of Olay) and other times it's just a "knowing" feeling. If I happen to be outside and am thinking of her, butterflies seem to come around.
Whenever my nana is close I smell baking its her sign to let me know shes watching.
