So what was it like when you moved? Did you know your way around easily? Have good things come your way since you have been there? What first piqued your interest in moving to Austin?

This is the study of astrocartology. You can easily decipher what cities would be most propitious by looking at where lines cross on the earth's surface, in relationship to the placement of the planets at your birth.

You can also use that information to plan vacations, career development . . . areas where you would be most creative or the most likely to fall into depression, etc.

I had the opposite experience with New Orleans. It creeped me out. Even the thought of it creeps me out. I don't belong there, but it's amazing how many people love it.

I'm drawn to the Asheville area as far as a town. I'm also drawn to the mountain lake and landscape where I live now - the lake and landscape more than the town itself.

In general, I am extremely sensitive to places. Astro.com has maps that show the influence an area has on you. It's 100% accurate for me, as far as where I live now and how I changed after moving here.

Yeah, I have checked that out and was really dissapointed. It said that Chicago was GREAT for me-- and it was anything but. I have ordered reports on several cities and had a few hits, but it wasn't overwhelmingly accurate for me. I am glad it was for you!

New Orleans, I find, has really strong energy. People either love it or despise it. I think its some kind of vortex-- by rights it should be flooded, so there is a lot of water energy, the dead have a really strong presence-- even the houses are old and have lots of layers of generations of people coming, going, livng dying, etc. It never surprises me when someone says they don't like it. But I do think its a place that calls to certain people. I have yet to figure out why.

Yes, I know-- but I have had a hard time finding anything but a computer generated map and report. I have read several books on astrocartology but am bad at drawing the charts for myself. I wish I could find an actual person who is skilled in this area.

I love NOLA, as well. I feel very comfortable there and visit every summer. Berlin, Germany was horrible for me. I felt negative energy and sadness in Berlin.

Part of my dislike for New Orleans is the darkness of the buildings in the French Quarter. As a contrast for instance, Charleston is full of light, and colorful old buildings by the ocean.

New Orleans feels like unhealthy decay. It feels ominous, oppressive, and depressing. Also, I love to have fun, but what passes for "fun" in NOLA is gross.

This is how I feel. Obviously, I'm a delicate little flower, people.

Ever since I was 14, I've felt an inexplicable feeling that I need to go to Arizona. (I was born and raised in the NYC metro area.) Over the years, little things here and there would pop out at me that had to do with Arizona. Someone would mention Arizona and it would resonate with me. When I was 30, I made my first trip. When I stepped off the plane in Phoenix, I felt that this was "home". A few years later, I moved out here and I feel like this is the place I am meant to be and meant to learn some very important life lessons.

It's a very odd feeling yet very comforting. I feel a strong sense of peace here.

I often travel abroad and have been to a city in Brazil called Belo Horizonte three times. I always disliked that city for no particular reason. However, this past time I visited, I got a very strong, overwhelming feeling of anxiety that I needed to get out of there and that it was not the place for me. All of a sudden I felt "intuitive" and felt others' pains, sufferings, and a strong overwhelming sensation that there was negative energy all around. I had to go lay down and regain my composure. I was dizzy and didn't know what to make of what I just felt. All I knew is that I needed to get the heck out of there. When I returned back home to AZ, I felt the biggest sense of peace again.

That was a very, very odd feeling and it's never happened to me before. I don't know how to quite explain it in words and did the best I can!

I am drawn to hot, dry places, deserts. I feel I am where I belong. Can't explain it. This is where I feel at home.

I also feel this way about gardens and plants in general. This goes back to infanthood.

Since childhood, I have always been drawn to all things Chinese and Dutch, as well as Roman/Italian.

I believe all this has something to do with a past lifetimes.
