all this proves is that drugs have been around for as long as man has been curious enough to put strange things in their mouths.

Ramayana which dates back to sometime between 2nd and 5th century B.C. has numerous mention of flying chariots and space travel. Is it fiction or ancient aliens? Depends on how one wants to interpret it.

Something you MUST watch if you believe this:

Ancient Aliens Debunked? - pt.11 of 18 - UFO's In Ancient Art - (HD) - YouTube

I am not a student of Midevil Art, grew up with such claims in UFO books and never once questioned the "alien interpretation".

It turns out we are simply processing midevil art through our cultural lenses and seeing UFOs instead of the common art motifs of the era as intended by the original artists.

- well....I am an art student....
Many of the cone shaped 'UFOs' are depictions of Hailey's comet.
Many of these things are natural astronomical events, but seen as god given omens.
Most things are called stars, even if there is a figure within. We don't always know who these people are. Could be some ruler or religious figure of the time.
Another example to view is the Bayeux Tapestry from around 1066-83, Haileys comet appeared in 1066.
I would image that several of these art pieces could be dated within 20 years of a return of Haileys comet.
When viewing art and determining its meaning we must keep in mind that much of it is symbolic.
Jesus was never a shepard, but he is often portrayed as one.

Now I am not saying that there is no art that records an actual alien vessel. There are some images that are quite mysterious and make little sense in context.
I did have a moment at yelling at the TV when some show was trying to say that the larger 'people' in ancient art dipicted aliens. Perhaps, but that's not why they are bigger. It is true that gods are larger, this shows this entities importance. And perhaps gods are aliens, or not. Either way, the larger figures, no matter who they are, are larger because they are showing the importance of this person. They are often an actual person like a king or other ruler/expert/notable person (architects of the pyramids are larger).

Many art workkk from the "Middle Ages" depict "flying objects' in them that cannot be mistaken for anything other than some type of UFO, if one just goes by their general shape and other aspects that the "mnd of the rtist" would have no historical or scientific background to include in the paintings. One cannot paint what is not even thought of without having witnessed something like it before.

No, of course not. Humans did not evolve enough to have an imagination until the 20th century.
