I imagine that most houses have had people die in them.

Some people seem to think that dying is some kind of deviant behavior. Everyone dies. Everyone that has ever lived has died. Even people that have lived next door to world class hospitals have died in their homes. Personally I wouldn't want to live in a house where someone was murdered or committed suicide because I would always be thinking about it and the house would have a negative feeling for me. If your house has never had someone die in it, it will sooner or later.

I have knowingly moved into a house that the previous owner had recently passed and things did go bump in the night as well as strange lights / lighting would happen.
Whenever these strange things would happen, we would address the previous owner (Mrs. Barry) and ask if that was her and please stop, that worked most of the time.
The oddest thing was waking up at 3am to hear running water and then the clink of a glass being set down on the tile counter, we figured Mrs. Barry was thirsty and we would go back to sleep.

My son recently found out about an OD that occurred 5yrs ago in the home hes rented for two yrs. Boy are his beliefs changing. OD drug related deaths and suicides where negative energy and unhappiness resided; smudging wouldnt do it. No thank you.
And how would the real estate agent know about all in home deaths of a particular house? Are they supposed to research the lives of everyone who has ever lived in the house and how they died?

I always wondered how many dead people we inhaled over time? When you think of the people that have died in the woods or loved ones scattered their ashes; isn't there a good chance old uncle Joe is up your left nostril? Just saying!

If Uncle Joe was buried in the ground, probably not. If he was cremated and the ashes tossed into the wind, maybe.

Not the responsibility of the agent, it’s the responsibility of the seller. In states that require this, there’s always a time limit. And in a number of states the requirement is not every death, just murder or suicides.

I know I wouldn’t want to live in a stigmatized house, which a murder house would be.

When you think of everybody that died and was not found and what became of their carcasses as they turned to dust; there is a good chance you might be inhaling somebody. Think of all the dead animals in the forest and what happens after they turn to dust.

I know that it probably freaks out some; but that is life. Wait until your next-door neighbor fires up his leaf blower; you might be inhaling a army of the dead! I just think it is foolish to worry about the dead in a house; just as long as they still are not there!

I loved the flat.. it was bright and airy with good neighbours but I hated being alone in it... and hated going back in when Id been out when I was on my own..... I had noticed a split piece of wood down the side of the outside door and asked the council so fix it... a girl from the housing came out , looked at it and said they didnt repair that type of damage...... I asked her what she meant.... and she said..... that the firemen had to break down the door to get in when the woman inside had died in her sleep.... I froze to the spot...... oh I wish I hadnt asked... then the next door neighbour who was the womans best friend kept referring to Bettys house as if she was still there..... it really creeped me out....After a month in the house we had redecorated and were waiting on new carpets arriving , so myself and my hubby started to roll up the old living room carpet... it was great quality and weighed a ton..... right in the centre of the carpet was a passport.... I looked at it and my husband openeded it...... he said it was an older woman...... I told him to put it in the bin as I didnt want to see her face....things were fine for a few months but I still didnt feel right.....then some things started to happen.... not just when I was alone.. when my husband and sons were watching late night TV too.... I never saw anything...but felt a presence, but IM sure that woman wanted her house back.... and no matter what I did to make the house cosy it was always cold... I moved to another house and never been happier, never feel that horrible feeling as if Im being watched..... It seems that estate agents dont have to tell buyers about the history of a house.. even if a murders been committed, I wonder though if this is true...

Ghosts are present, under different conditions and especially when the Lord allows them to stay where they died, as if they have an attachment to it, or feel wronged right THERE. You dont have to fear them, as they are usually just an annoyance as you say and bring a coldness to a house. They arent like demons, just souls who have not gone on...

You can do Jerciho marches to rid them if you own the house, or you can just leave if a renter, the choise is yours.

But a Jericho march, means you have to be a strong believing Christian who knows the power of the Lord of Lords... similiar to a casting out demons. For similarly you can just tel the ghost to leave, go away, your life will be resolved, just dont interfere with mine...in our house.

Not allowed to give LINKS, but I can tell you my wife, did sense some spirits on the property above our house, and they were hanging around our house which was down the hill. The house above was a mansion, at least back in the early 1900's, and that she saw was a woman with two children who were wrapped in blankets wanting help, pleading for hep.

My wife always being compassionate, offered help in her vision or visions.... and then we researched it, in local history. The mansion was for the mayor of the town, but they caught small pox or something and were quaranteened, so that no one could go up there...... and the woman never got the help she needed from locals, and she stayed.. or her soul stayed or their souls stayed there...

But once my wife prayed for them they left... maybe because they realised someone was concerned for them...

Dont be afraid, but be discerning, and stay close to the Lord... and discern discern discern...then obey.

IHS

David

Over a hundred billion people have passed away on earth so far so the odds of finding a piece of property where no deaths have occurred are pretty slim and getting slimmer.
