Looks similiar to the one found in Mexico in 2007:
The farmer who had killed the baby alien had mysteriously died. He was burnt to death in his car at the side of a road. UFO expert Joshua P. Warren says that the temperature at which the car burnt was higher than normal fire. This led to rumors that the farmer was killed by the guardians of the so-called baby alien seeking revenge. UFO expert Jaime Maussan believes that the story is not a hoax. Farmers had found another similar creature but it ran away when they approached.
Because it's not big news, it's an interesting scientific curiosity. They found a very strange looking old mummy, they tested it to see what it was, and it ended up being a child who was, quite tragically, incredibly deformed. There's just much more important stuff going on in the world, but I agree that it's quite interesting, if a little sad.

It makes sense with the known tribes that practiced it and the geographical locations of the finds. Some humans are actually born with tails so I am not sure of the validity of the trapped figure but humans do come with tails sometimes even in modern society. They are usually not that pronounced but people that tiny are not either.
I'm not convinced about the age... it looks like a dried out, deformed fetus to me and is probably human.
The Mexico "alien" in a trap is obviously just a dried out animal fetus; they sell stuff like that at the "witches market" in La Paz Bolivia.
