Photos taken by me over my house a few weeks ago. (I was painting the exterior and saw this) There was a huge helicoper over my house a few minutes before and large government planes have flown over my house after midnight in the past.
Suburban western Bexar County. (San Antonio)

Looks like an object that has gone through the atmosphere judging by that streak behind it. As far as the planes and helicopters if it is part of a satellite or other device that is part of the country's defense or a black Ops project It makes sense they would want any debris picked up fast before it gets in civilian hands. |

Both objects were stationary and then moving around and changing course.

It looks like the photo was taken around dusk. A large plane flying very high sometimes catches the sun while lower planes are still in the dark.
If by moving around you mean you saw movement in binoculars or your camera viewfinder, that's due to small muscle movements, is not unusual and it's the reason why high end binoculars sometimes have image stabilization built in. If you actually saw the objects making significant movements with your naked eye, that's a different matter.

This happened during the afternoon, my father and I were outside painting my house and I saw with my eyes no binoculars or anything. I immediately pulled out my camera phone.
