ROFL. OK I'll play for fun
Going by the physiological info above no. But, if they do their pooping while in 'bat' form (Chiroptera order), it would be valuable as guano since bat guano contains compounds used in fertilizers and explosive manufacturing. Unlike humans, a vampires poop could be a revenue stream!

Begs the question do vampires fart? And if so - explosively!

Only Lestat and other Vampires who are very old. Wasn't Armand able to withstand some sun?

There is no rhyme nor reason to vampire culture and much depends upon who is writing these tales and or where in the world the thing is from.

"Anne Rice's vampires are different in several ways from more traditional vampires in literature. Rice's creatures are not affected by the traditional weapons against vampires: garlic and crosses are useless against them, and wooden stakes through their hearts would only temporarily injure them. Bullet wounds heal quickly without leaving any signs of damage, although tremendous physical trauma may cause scarring that requires years to fully heal. Rice's vampires generally choose to sleep in some form of coffin during the day because exposure to the sun burns them, causing severe pain and eventual death, at least in younger vampires. As the years pass and their vampiric powers grow, they gradually become more resistant to the burning effects of sunlight, to the point where some very old vampires will deliberately expose themselves to the sun in order to darken their skins (and more easily pass for human). Vampiric "sleep" also differs from "mortal sleep" as: a) they cannot be wakened from their sleep until the sun sets, and b) the dawn triggers their sleep against their will, and they must be hidden from the sun before this happens."
The Vampire Chronicles - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Meanwhile saw "Fright Night" on television last week and that film got most of the "legends" down correctly. Vampire tells one of his "killers" who holds up a cross to his face "you have to believe in that thing for it to work", as he crushes the cross with his hands. However later as the same person gets his mojo on and "believes" the cross does work. Also a young vampire is destroyed (staked through the heart), but his "killer" makes a dumb mistake of taking the thing out and leaving the corpse. At the end of the film the hero is at home in his bedroom and "thinks" at first he hears/feels a presence outside his window in the dark. Soon he waves it off with "it's nothing", and goes back to his GF on the bed. As the camera pans back to the window you see a pair of glowing red eyes in the darkness. Yes, the young vampire was not destroyed and is back.

Back to Anne Rice's novels the young child vampire and her governess vampire are forced to remain in an open court yard of the "vampire theater" until daylight comes which destroys them, Louis finds the corpses with the nanny cradling the child as if to protect it from the sun.

There is another theory (again depending upon what sort of vampire we're speaking) that vampires can go around during daylight and even into sun but they are powerless.

By and large the only sure fire method most agree to destroy a vampire is staking, decapitation with the head discarded far from the body or drowned in water.
