I would join the conversation, but I misplaced my tin foil hat.

Welcome to the thread, seattle gal! Obviously Remote Neural Manipulation doesn't seem as credible to you as Big Foot, ghosts or extraterrestrials because you haven't studied the documented history of the science. Hopefully this quick 1985 CNN clip discussing CIA contractor Dr. Jose Delgado's work in the field will bring you up to speed.
There are so many commercial and military applications for Remote Neural Manipulation that slowly the technology will have to be disseminated in to the public consciousness.
DARPA plotting to remote control fear, nervous systems
I'm reading Nick Begich's book 'Controlling the Human Mind: The Technologies of Political Control or Tools for Peak Performance' and it explains radio frequency based mind control technologies in clear detail. It came out in 2006 so I'm sure most of this stuff is much more advanced by now.
Lets assume that the tech exists to do this just to remove an argument point, what evidence is there that it was in fact used on this guy?
The only hard evidence is going to come from a whistleblower but after what's happened to Bradley Manning, Julian Assange, Thomas Drake, John Kiriakou, William Binney, Julia Davis, Russ Tice, Kirk Wiebe and Jeffrey Sterling few people have the courage to step forward. Just imagine what the CIA is going to do to someone who exposes the fact that they've committed crimes against humanity on U.S. citizens.

So, in this particular incident we're really just guessing?
Frankly, isn't this the sort of noise that helps the CIA cover these programs?

1985? 1985? Do you have anything from this century to back this up? LOL

Sure, let us discuss this. An organization that has a known track record of using undercover surveillance and has "secret" cars in major cities is using "secret" airplanes over major cities?
What do you think is odd about this and what EVIDENCE, hopefully from this century! , do you have to connect this to the topic of this thread?
Seems like an educated guess to me based on everything in this thread and my subsequent research.
"Seems like and educated guess". Not even an educated guess. It just seems like it. The level for error and excuses in that one statement is mind boggling.
Got any proof that is not something that is actual proof and not just a "guess" or something that "seems" like it is proof?
