Really makes you wonder what the purpose of this video is, doesn't it? Imagine you're the DC Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis and you see this video. You think something like this might have put him over the edge and motivated him to go shoot those he perceived to be the perpetrators of his torment?
During the Cold War, Washington feared that Moscow was seeking to turn microwave radiation into covert weapons of mind control.
More recently, the American military itself sought to develop microwave arms that could invisibly beam painfully loud booms and even spoken words into people’s heads. The aims were to disable attackers and wage psychological warfare.
Now, doctors and scientists say such unconventional weapons may have caused the baffling symptoms and ailments that, starting in late 2016, hit more than three dozen American diplomats and family members in Cuba and China.
Four scientists, including the first doctor to examine the diplomats reporting symptoms in Cuba, took part in a Pentagon-sponsored teleconference on Friday, where they announced new research results, including what they determined to be the probable use of “neuroweapons” in what they called the Havana Effect.
In 2016 and '17, 25 Americans, including CIA agents, who worked in the U.S. Embassy in Cuba suffered serious brain injuries causing impaired vision and memory loss among other persistent symptoms. Now, we've learned that at least 15 American officials in China suffered unexplained brain trauma soon after. The FBI is now investigating whether these Americans were attacked by a mysterious weapon that leaves no trace. Over many months we have been collecting evidence of what appears to be a hostile foreign government's plan to target Americans serving abroad and their families.
Even the Nazi's were working on neurological weapons so this really comes as no surprise given how far brain research has come as of late.
The Havana incidents show how this little understood and little known class of neuro-weapons work.

Many people dont realize that George Clooney movie 'The men that stare at goats', was actually real, there were people that could literally stop the beating of a goats heart, just by looking at it, concentrating on it, and of course, that was only one thing they were able to do.
I would not at all be surprised if some of the more common attacks/disasters, we see today, are the result of some of these projects, if they have the ability, of course they are going to utilize it eventually.
Obviously neuro-weapons are very real now and the fact that the U.S. spends more on defense than all the other industrialized nations of the world combined suggests that our military is the leader in this new form of warfare.
Most people find the notion of neuro-weapons terrifying because it reduces humankind to little more than biological machines that can essentially be hacked. That doesn't sit too well with the religious types who believe man was created in God's image. Even those who aren't into the metaphysical find the thought of neuro-weapons scary because most people want to believe that even if they're not safe anywhere else, they can always retreat to the sanctuary of their own mind. Sadly, that no longer seems to be the case.
Going back to the beginning of this thread, was the DC Navy Yard shooter remotely manipulated into going on his violent rampage as he claimed? With all the info coming out now about neuro-weapons, that possibility no longer seems so far fetched.
The gang stalking / targeted individual phenomenon is not understood. Most people believe two primary things,
1) a government program of war against its citizens
2) a technology-based weapon of weaponized war
Both of these things are substates and even at that, neither are accurate.
This phenomenon is SORCERY. It's black magic, and if your government(s) are involved they are NOT the engineers of this war. They're pawns or instruments or tools but there is a hierarchy and humans, I can assure you, are not at the top.
And I can prove it.
If I go to a city or town I've never been to before, and it is an hour away from home, and I go into a store and encounter a store employee, whom I have never met before, and whom I am certain does not know me, not even from the internet, and that employee SUDDENLY BEGINS TO BEHAVE IN A CONCERNING AND ALARMING WAY (saying personal things he or she could not possibly know) then there is proof and evidence that this is NOT a government program.
It is further proof that this is entirely a SPIRITUAL phenomenon and that the source is a SORCERER.
This spiritual source hijacks our technology AND governments and has broken into countless skulls, effectively turning practically all the world into a very very dark stage.
This source is also RESPONSIBLE for the creation and rapid development of technologies.
Humans are unaware, especially those who are deceived and under control.
I have plenty of case evidence to prove what this SPIRITUAL WAR is and WHO is carrying it out.
Government and military officials at their utmost best do not have the means or ability to design and carry out such meticulous orchestrations. Only a very powerful spiritual source can do that.
In instance after instance of events you will find incredible, meticulous orchestration. NO HUMAN CAN CARRY OUT SOMETHING OF THIS MAGNITUDE.
Plus, there are too many aspects of the phenomenon that are simply not human in nature. They're...
Extraterrestrial.
